Volume scales the channel volume (the triangle only switches on and off). Arpeggio adds semitones per tick. Pitch accumulates 1/16 semitones per tick. Duty picks the pulse width (12.5, 25, 50, 75%) or the noise mode (0 long, 1 short). Yellow marks the loop start, red the release: the macro loops while the note is held and continues after a note off.
